Patents and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) in Herbal Medicine

Herbal medicines just like all other products or medicines can also be protected from copying or being stolen by getting various forms of rights from the government. Since the different rights are granted by the state government for a property that has been invented for the betterment of human life from the use of mind or intellect, these are called as intellectual property rights.
